SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the Your Narrative Edge text messaging program, operated by Your Narrative Edge LLC. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Program description
Your Narrative Edge LLC sends two kinds of text messages, and you choose each one separately:
- Non-marketing messages: replies to your inquiry and appointment scheduling, including booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, events, and service updates.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on yournarrativeedge.com, either on a form or in the chat window, and checking the consent box for the messages you want. Every consent box is unchecked until you check it. Checking a box is optional and is not a condition of submitting a form, starting a chat, or buying anything from us.
After you opt in, you may receive a confirmation text.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Non-marketing messages depend on your inquiry and appointments. Marketing messages are sent periodically, typically no more than a few times a month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your wireless carrier, according to your plan. Your Narrative Edge LLC does not charge you for text messages.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you send one of these, we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further text messages from us unless you opt in again.
To opt back in, reply START or check the consent box on one of our forms again.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, to join the program.
9. Privacy
We handle your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
